Each Vespa can accommodate up to two riders with a combined maximum rider weight of 400 lbs (181.437 kg)

Driver must be 24 years of age or older. Passenger must be 21 years of age or older. The Vespa Primavera 50cc can be operated with a physical valid standard driver's license and does not require a motorcycle license.The Vespa Primavera 150cc requires a physical valid motorcycle license.

A $750 refundable security deposit is required at check-in for every Vespa rental. The deposit must be authorized on a valid credit or debit card before your rental begins.The security deposit is not a charge it is a temporary hold used to cover any damages, missing equipment, traffic violations, towing, or other charges that may occur during the rental period. As long as the Vespa is returned on time, in the same condition it was rented, and all rental terms have been met, your full $750 security deposit will be released. Depending on your bank or card issuer, the release of the funds typically takes 3–6 business days, although some financial institutions may take longer.
